About the Farm

The Good Camino Farm was started based on a firm belief that growing wholesome food for one’s community in a way that works with nature is a very good thing. And when advocated for, can alleviate a lot of today's problems related to health, social connection, and the environment. Plus we can’t say no to a good piece of freshly baked bread or produce freshly harvested.

The farm’s name comes from a passage in Jeremiah where God says, “… Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths, ask where the good way is, and walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.” - Jeremiah 6:16

The Good Way. El Buen Camino. This call for a return to our Creator, a return to past wisdom, to the purpose He intended for us; all this resonated with us and put to words the underlying motivation for starting the farm.

The Good Camino Farm is ultimately about relationships… with others, with the land and most importantly with our Creator, which requires trusting Him in faith and not trying to control everything. Only in doing so will we find rest and a sense of peace. It is our hope that the farm helps others experience this truth as well.
